This wedding season seems to be going even faster than last year! June arrived while I was still up in Pennsylvania and I took the first weekend off so I could celebrate (as a bridesmaid!) the wedding of my good friends Kylie & David in Cape May, NJ. Once I returned home, it was back to work (and you can hardly call it that!) at the wedding of my friends Kristen & Heath. They were some of the first people I met upon moving to Pensacola and I was so honored that they picked me to be their wedding photographer. I met the ladies at the salon where they were completing their finishing touches and then we all headed to First Baptist Church in Pensacola for the wedding. Kristen & Heath chose to have their portrait session prior to the ceremony, so after a few private moments together in the sanctuary, we all braved the intense June heat for pictures. Afterwards, we had some time to cool off inside before their beautiful ceremony – it is always extra special to see friends get married 🙂 For their ride to the reception at the Mustin Beach Officer’s Club, Kristen & Heath arranged a trolley car! I was pumped that we were able to take a few more shots once we arrived at the Officer’s Club, the light was absolutely amazing. The reception was such a blast, it was great to be around good friends! Thank you so much for the opportunity 🙂 Enjoy!!
