When I walked into the bridal suite at the Pensacola Yacht Club, I found Jessica + her bridesmaids surrounded by all the usual wedding morning details… hair spray, curling irons, makeup AND… Jessica’s laptop, streaming her beloved Packers’ game! A girl after my own heart! I just knew that I was in for an awesome day, and that it was! It was my first time shooting at the Yacht Club (a venue I’ve been dying to capture) and Jessica + Jonathan embraced the ambiance wholeheartedly, with gorgeous nautical details and impeccable florals courtesy of Supposey. As the day went on, we all enjoyed some incredible October weather and watched these high school sweethearts finally make it OFFICIAL! Many, many happy tears were shed! Jeff + I had a wonderful time hanging out with this group and we were sad to leave at the end of the night – a sign of a great wedding, for sure! Jessica + Jonathan, thank you for having us!! We just love you guys and will never forget your amazing day!!
I couldn’t get enough of Jessica’s bouquet!
Jessica’s emotional First Look with her dad…
Time for some pre-wedding portraits! Simply stunning!
Meanwhile, Jeff walked down the street to Jessica + Jonathan’s house (remember, we’re neighbors!) to hang out with the guys for a few getting ready shots before heading to the Yacht Club!
I love this pre-ceremony shot Jessica requested – don’t let your eyes fool you – they can’t see each other!
A GORGEOUS day for a wedding!
The Pensacola Yacht Club is so beautiful! I could shoot here all day!
How much do you love Jonathan’s socks?!
Another sweet moment with Dad…
After dinner, it was time to eat cake and get our party on!!
Congratulations again to Jessica + Jonathan!!
