Misha + Vahram: 5.24.15 | St. John Armenian Apostolic Church | San Francisco, California

I couldn’t be more excited to share Misha + Vahram’s absolutely spectacular wedding with you!  Infused with cultural elements from each of their backgrounds and little details that hinted at their love of travel, this day was perfectly built around two people very much in love.  As I was going back through the photos, I couldn’t help but smile – Misha and Vahram are just so HAPPY when they are together, and if you ask me, that’s what this is all about.  We spent the early part of their day taking their photos around San Francisco, starting with their First Look at Land’s End, followed by more portraits with their bridal party at the top of Mt. Davidson, the highest point in San Francisco AND the exact spot where Vahram proposed to Misha.  There’s something so magical about photographing a couple in their special place, and I am SO happy that Misha + Vahram’s wedding photos will showcase not only this special location, but the amount of joy and vivacity that surrounds them in their lives anywhere they go.  As the day progressed, Jeff and I couldn’t help but join in this wonderful celebration of two really incredible people.  It was our honor to capture these sweet memories for them.  To Misha + Vahram – we hope you had the time of your lives on your honeymoon – what better way to welcome you home than with these wonderful images to remember your day.  It was an honor and a pleasure working with you – enjoy!

One word: LOUBOUTINS.  I may have taken one or two (or forty!) photos of Misha’s faaaabulous shoes!

Misha gathered a few of her favorite souvenirs from their travels to include in her details – aren’t those little sheep the cutest?!

Meanwhile, Jeff spent the morning getting ready with Vahram and the guys…

Unfortunately, the guys ran into a bit of car trouble, but in the end, all was fine and Jeff managed to get this hilarious photo to commemorate the minor setback.

It was SO windy and cold up here.  I’m not even kidding.  But these guys were total champs and made it through, all in the name of good photos.  And when you see them, I’m sure you’ll agree that it was TOTALLY worth it!

Vahram’s mother and her friends decorated the reception and it looked absolutely STUNNING! (And it smelled good too!  All those flowers!)

Later in the evening, Misha + Vahram had a good, old-fashioned Lip Sync Battle.  And we all won.

For their cake cutting, Misha changed into a traditional Chinese wedding gown, which just happened to be the exact gown her mother wore at her own wedding!
