I LOVE October weddings in Pensacola! From the moment we met Mal + Ian at Carley + Dylan’s October wedding last year, we have been looking forward to shooting their wedding this fall! And believe me, we were NOT disappointed! This wedding was such a dream! Not only did Mal + Ian treat us like dear friends from the very beginning, EVERYONE at this wedding was so full of joy! (Not to mention that it was GORGEOUS!) From the perfect Pensacola weather to the jaw-dropping florals from Fiore, the day flew by in a flash, and boy am I glad that we were there to capture it! To Mal + Ian – Thank you again for allowing us the opportunity to play a role in such a perfect “Day One” of your marriage! We loved following along with your Italian honeymoon and hope you are happily settling into your new married life together! Sending you both lots of love!
These ladies. I can’t say enough about how much FUN it was getting to hang out with them for the day. Let’s do it again!
We were so very fortunate to have the opportunity for the ladies to get ready at a beautiful downtown Pensacola loft owned by a dear family friend. The original plan was to take all of their portraits at the park, but when I saw this courtyard I HAD to build some extra portrait time in for Mal + her bridesmaids! Isn’t it beautiful!?!
Meanwhile, Jeff continues to up his game and got some stellar shots with Ian + the groomsmen as they prepared for the day and arrived at our portrait location. I’m so proud of my talented hubby!
And before we knew it, we were staging their First Look! This is always such a special part of the day and I love giving our couples’ these special moments to soak it all in. The way these two look at each other is like the real-life version of the heart-eyed emoji. I can’t get over how sweet they are together!
Can we talk about the back of Mallory’s dress?! Guests were RAVING all day about it!!
One of my favorite bridal party “looks” of all time! Simply gorgeous!
We sent the bridal party off to the ceremony and I decided that there was time for just a few more bride and groom portraits! We added Mallory’s veil as the finishing touch and with the help of some awesome groomsmen (thanks Jeremy + Dylan!) we got that thing flying in the wind! More favorites!
Ceremony details…
Married and super pumped about it! I love these sweet moments Jeff captured!
Time to kick off the party!!
Mal’s dance with her dad had EVERYONE tearing up! They are just so sweet together!
It’s no secret just how loved these two are, but it was made even more apparent by the heartfelt toasts from their loved ones!! More tears!!
And before we knew it, the night was coming to a close, and we sent these two on their way to their new life!! Congratulations, friends!! We just love you guys!!

Hello, your dress is gorgeous. My friend bought the same one, but her seamstress didn’t seem familiar with bustling it unless she shortened it. Can you please share how you were able to bustle it? Did you shorten it at all? Thank you!
