Happy Christmas week! I have some fun posts coming to you this week in celebration of the holiday! Kicking things off are some sweet mini holiday sessions that I had the chance to shoot a few weeks ago. My first session was with Sara + Andy, back in my old stomping grounds at Fort Hunter in Harrisburg, PA. I had originally planned to have a day full of sessions on the Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving, but Mother Nature was NOT having that, so instead Sara, Andy + I met up on my way back into town from California during the first week of December. And then, 5 minutes into our session, it started raining! Sara + Andy were troopers and got a little drenched, but we ended up with some great shots for their Christmas card! It was so great seeing them again, it had been at least 4 years since their last session and although the rain made our time together a little rushed, I always enjoy hanging out with these two!!!
Ok, I’m biased. Let’s get that out there. But having an engagement session with your photographer is a very important part of the process. A) You’ll get the chance to work with them before your wedding and get comfortable in front of their lens and B) You’ll have awesome photos to decorate with & use as your save the date. It’s a win-win. And in honor of my annual Valentine’s Day Engagement Session Sale (CLICK HERE TO BOOK YOUR SESSION!), I’ve decided to compile a few of my favorites engagement images from last year.
